If other users aren't hearing your audio messages, try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
- Make sure to wait for the beep before you being speaking. Continue holding the push-to-talk (PTT) button until you finish talking.
- From your device's settings, make sure you've granted permission for Zello to access your microphone.
- You can perform an audio test using the Echo contact. If needed, you can adjust the volume.
