Why can't other users hear me?

If other users aren't hearing your audio messages, try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
  1. Make sure to wait for the beep before you being speaking. Continue holding the push-to-talk (PTT) button until you finish talking.
  2. From your device's settings, make sure you've granted permission for Zello to access your microphone.
  3. You can perform an audio test using the Echo contact. If needed, you can adjust the volume.
