Reporting a Problem

If you experience a problem while using Zello, you can submit a log to help us investigate. To submit a log, follow the instructions below for the type of device you're using.

  • 1. When the problem occurs, tap the three dots icon in the upper right corner.

    2. Select Options.

    3. Select Support.

    4. Select Report a problem.

    5. Provide a description of the problem and tap Submit.

    2. Select Settings.

    3. Select Support.

    4. Select Report a problem.

    5. 5. Provide a description of the problem and tap Submit.
