If you wish to transfer a channel you own to another user, follow the instructions below. The user you transfer to must be a moderator of the channel. For more information about assigning channel moderators, please reference the appropriate user guide for your device (Android, iOS).

1. Sign into your Zello account here.

2. Select the My channels tab.

3. Select the drop-down arrow next to Show moderators.

4. Tap the arrow icon next to the username of the moderator you want to transfer channel ownership to.

After transferring channel ownership, you will no longer be able to manage the channel, and it will be removed from your channels list. Zello staff cannot assist with requests to transfer channel ownership.
