What happens when you block someone from your contacts?

When a user is blocked from your contacts list, you will not receive additional contact requests from their account. This will prevent them from being able to participate in 1:1 or group conversations with you.

If you and the user you have blocked from your contacts list are in the same channel, you will still see messages from them there. For more information about blocking users from channels, review Zello’s channel moderation guidelines.
