To protect the security of your Zello account, be sure to use a secure password. Do not share this password with anyone or allow someone else to access your account. Per our Terms of Service, it is the user’s responsibility to protect the confidentiality of their account credentials.

If someone gains access to your account and changes the associated email address to one you cannot access, account recovery will not be possible. For security reasons, we cannot manually change the email address associated with a Zello account. In these cases, we suggest creating a new Zello account and taking additional steps to prevent future hacks.
