Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions about Zello:

Q: I forgot my password or username. What do I do? Help!!

A: If you supplied a valid email address when you registered your account, use the forgot password feature to see your username and reset your password. If you did not register with a valid email, create a new user account.

Q: How can I get my channel to appear on the trending list?

A: Please see How to Move Your Channel Up the Trending List.

Q: How do I delete a channel?

A: Owners can delete their channels by going into the channel profile or signing in at zello.com. 

Q: How do I delete an account?

A: There is a Delete Account option in the account profile.  You can also sign into Zello using the link at the top right corner of zello.com. There you can manage your account settings or delete your account.

Q: My Blackberry displays a “Failed to connect to server” message. How do I fix it?

Q: How can I upload a picture to my user or channel profile?
