When signing up for a Zello Friends & Family account, you may be automatically funneled into a free trial of Zello Work.

Who is this for?

To create a Zello Friends & Family account, all users must input their email address. If you input an email address that appears to use a work domain, you will be redirected to create a free trial on Zello Work. 

Users who input an email address with a common personal domain (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) will proceed to create an account on Zello Friends & Family. Additionally, users who input a work email that is associated with an existing Zello Work network will not be funneled into a trial.

What is the purpose of this feature?

Our goal is to ensure that all Zello users are easily directed to the version of the app that best suits their needs. Zello Work includes more advanced features to benefit workplace communications, so we want to make sure that people using Zello at work are able to take advantage of these additional perks!
