Zello is routinely updated to address bugs and enhance in-app capabilities. To ensure you’re experiencing all that Zello offers, we recommend operating on the most current version of the app, as new features often carry minimum version requirements for utilization.
In addition, if you submit a ticket to our support team, we will need to know the version of Zello that you're using to help us troubleshoot any issues you're experiencing.
The instructions below explain how to find the version of Zello currently installed on your device.
iOS
- Tap your user picture in the upper left corner of the screen
- Select Settings
- Select Support
- View the version number displayed underneath the Zello logo
Android
- Tap the three dots icon in the upper right corner of the screen
- Select Options
- Select Support
- View the version number displayed underneath the Zello logo
