Why can't I verify my email?

You can try verifying your email in the app on your device and also at zello.com. If you are not receiving the confirmation email, it may be related to your email server rejecting our emails as spam. This usually occurs on email addresses using custom or less common names in the extension. Try using a different email that is more common (i.e. gmail.com, yahoo.com).

Zello does require the email field to be filled in during account creation, but it does not have to be a valid or verified email.

The only instance where you need to provide a verified email is when a channel you want to join requires you to verify your email in order to join. This is set by the channel owner for security purposes. The channel owner can turn off this requirement to allow you to join and then turn it back on.
