How do I change my password?
To change your password you need to know your existing Zello username and password. If you don't remember them, you can reset your account password.
Use one of the following methods to change your password:
From zello.com website
- Sign into your account at https://zello.com/personal/account-sign-in/
- Switch to Password tab
- Enter your existing password, new password, and password confirmation, then click Save changes
From Android app
- Open Zello app on your device
- Go to Menu > Options > Profile
- Tap Change password
- Enter your existing password, new password, and tap CHANGE NOW
From iPhone app
- Open Zello app on your device
- Open app sidebar, and tap on your profile picture
- Scroll down and tap Change password
- Enter your existing password, new password, and password confirmation, then tap Done
From Windows PC app
- Open Zello app on your computer and sign in
- Select menu Tools > Change password...
- Enter your existing password, new password, and password confirmation, then click Next
When choosing your new password make sure it's hard to guess, long (we suggest at least 10 characters), and not used for any of your other online accounts.
