Auto-Volume (Android)

This feature is only available on Android.

What is auto-volume?

When auto-volume is enabled, your device's volume automatically increases to a pre-set level after 10 minutes of inactivity. This feature is designed to prevent users from missing messages after being inactive.

Auto-volume will only increase your volume, so nothing will change if your device is already set to full volume. Once auto-volume is used to increase the volume for a new message, your device will stay at that volume until you change it.

Auto-volume only works if your status is set to Available

Enabling Auto-Volume

  1. Tap the vertical dots icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Selection Options.
  3. From the options menu, select Audio
  4. Toggle on the bar next to Adjust volume on incoming messages.
  5. Set the desired volume for incoming messages using the toggle bar below.
