Call alerts enable you to urgently capture the attention of a contact or channel. When you send a call alert, the recipient will hear a beep repeated every 60 seconds until they respond or dismiss the alert.
Sending Call Alerts From the Talk Screen
You can send call alerts from the talk screen of any contact or channel. To send a call alert, tap the bell icon on the right side of the screen.
After tapping the bell icon, you will have the option to send a customized text message with the alert.
Sending Call Alerts From the History Screen (iOS only)
On iOS devices, you can also send call alerts from the history screen with a channel or contact. From a history screen, tap the + icon in the lower left corner of the screen. Select Alert from the menu.
