# Login Help
This article is written for: ❌ Zello Work ✅ Zello Friends & Family
If you're having trouble logging into Zello Friends & Family, please reference the instructions below to learn about common login issues and how to troubleshoot them.
### Forgotten Password
You can reset your password [here](https://zello.com/forgot_password) using the email address associated with your Zello Friends & Family account.
### Forgotten Username
Follow the same instructions above using our password reset tool. When you receive the password reset email, it will also contain the username(s) of your account(s).
### General Tips
Make sure you are using the Zello Friends & Family login page on an Android or iOS device. Our paid subscription product, Zello Work, requires a separate account, so you will not be able to log in to the free version on those pages.
The desktop version of Zello Friends & Family has been discontinued, so if you're attempting to log in on a desktop, you are using a Zello Work login page.
Additionally, double-check that you are using your Zello Friends & Family username and password to log in, not your email address.
