Reporting a Problem

For help reporting problems on Zello Work, please reference this support article.

If you experience a problem while using Zello, you can submit a log to help us investigate. To submit a log, follow the instructions below for the type of device you're using.

Android

  1. When the problem occurs, tap the three dots icon in the upper right corner of your device.

  2. Select Options.

  3. Select Support.

  4. Select Report a problem.

  5. Provide a description of the problem and tap Submit.

iOS

  1. When the problem occurs, tap your profile picture in the top left corner of your device.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Select Support.

  4. Select Report a problem.

  5. Provide a description of the problem and tap Submit.
