# Reporting a Problem

If you experience a problem while using Zello, you can submit a log to help us investigate. To submit a log, follow the instructions below for the type of device you're using.
#### **Android**
1. When the problem occurs, tap the **three dots icon** in the upper right corner of your device.
2. Select **Options**.
3. Select **Support**.
4. Select **Report a problem**.
5. Provide a description of the problem and tap **Submit**.
#### **iOS**
1. When the problem occurs, tap your **profile picture** in the top left corner of your device.
2. Select **Settings**.
3. Select **Support**.
4. Select **Report a problem**.
5. Provide a description of the problem and tap **Submit**.
