# Why was I blocked from a channel?

Zello Friends & Family employs community moderation, enabling channel owners, administrators, and moderators to block disruptive members. As a result, you may be blocked from certain channels if deemed disruptive by other subscribers.
Please note that Zello staff will not intervene in channel disputes unless a violation of our [Community Guidelines](https://zello.com/community/user-guidelines/) has taken place.
