# Are voice communications secure and encrypted on the Zello Enterprise Server?

Voice communications sent over your on-premise server are secure and encrypted. Zello uses RSA 1024 bits for authorization, digital signatures, and secure media session keys exchange. For audio and call alerts, Zello uses AES 256 bits.
