Canceling/Pausing Your Zello Work Subscription

You can cancel your Zello Work subscription at any time from the Management Console. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing term, and you’ll keep full access across all apps and the management console until then, including the ability to add or remove users.
Please note that refunds are not issued for cancellations.
If you change your mind, you can reverse the cancellation and resubscribe at any time before service is disabled.
Cancelling your Zello Work subscription
- Log in to the Management Console at [yournetworkname].zellowork.com.
- Select Administration, then select Billing.

- Select Cancel my subscription.

- You will be prompted to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription. Until the end of your current billing term, you will still be able to continue to use Zello Work. Make sure you keep track of the date listed so you know when service will be cancelled. Click Confirm.

Use the dropdown menu to select your reason for canceling Zello Work. Add any feedback. If you’d like, select the checkbox to speak with someone at Zello about your cancellation. When you’re done, select Cancel subscription.
Note: After you cancel, a banner will appear showing when your service will end.
Resubscribing to Zello Work
- Log in to the Management Console at [yournetworkname].zellowork.com.
- Select Administration, then select Settings.

- Click Resubscribe.

- Click Confirm.
