This article is written for: ✅ Zello Work  ❌ Zello Friends & Family. **Notice:** Starting with version 2.50, instead of \[username's\] historydata, user's history for ZelloWork for PC will store history in a database named username\_db. While we recommend every user upgrade to 2.50, if you are still using a previous version, the instructions below will assist you in locating history files: In versions of ZelloWork prior to 2.50, the history will be stored in %USERPROFILE%\\AppData\\Local\\Zello for Work \[Zello network name\]\\ For example: If the windows user is an administrator, the path for the "admin" user under the "Mesh" network name will be: C:\\Users\\Administrator\\AppData\\Local\\Zello for Work Mesh\\admin's HistoryData C:\\Users\\Administrator\\AppData\\Local\\Zello for Work Mesh\\admin's HistoryItems History is stored in 2 files:  \ HistoryData -- voice data \ HistoryItems -- index You can backup these files from different PCs for archiving purposes then use our history tool to parse conversations into media files.
