What are channels? 

Channels are live talk forums created by Zello Friends & Family users. They can be made fully public so anyone can join, or you can limit membership to a more private group. You can join existing channels or create your own.

How does channel moderation work?

To moderate channels, we use a combination of community moderation (done by Zello Friends & Family users) and moderation of select content by Zello staff. 

Channels are moderated by owners, administrators, and moderators. For more information about channel moderation, please reference this support article.

Zello staff does not listen in on conversations in channels, but we do review flagged images reported from channels. For more information about how content is reported on Zello, please reference this support article.
