How do I create a broadcast system with a channel?

Create a broadcast channel so that only selected users can make important announcements that do not need a reply from users 

1. Select a channel you want to add user roles

2. Create a Listener role that can Listen only. Assign users to the role
3. Create an “Announcer” role that can speak to Announcer and Listener. Assign users to the role
