How do I keep drivers and dispatchers from hearing each other in a channel?

Create a channel similar to a two way radio set up that is able to send a message on one frequency, and receive on another. Taxi/limo companies often use this set up so that drivers only hear dispatchers, and dispatchers only hear drivers.

1. Select a channel you want to add user roles

2. Create a Driver role that can Speak to selected roles Dispatcher. Assign users to the role

3. Create a Dispatcher role that can Speak to selected roles Driver. Assign users to the role
